Includes provisions to: Require employers to bear the burden of proof that business necessity requires employment practices having a disparate impact on minorities and women; Clarify that any prejudicial motivation in employment decisions is illegal; Restrict litigation challenging court orders in job discrimination suits; Extend the statute of limitation in employment discrimination cases from 180 days to two years; Grant victims of intentional discrimination the right to recover compensatory and punitive damages; Clarify the right of employment discrimination victims to recover attorney fees; Restore the prohibition against all race discrimination in the making and enforcement of contracts.
